About

The story behind HomeLab3d.

TODO: replace this bio with the real one before launch.

We’re TODO_NAMES, and since TODO_YEAR we’ve been 3D-printing in our workshop in TODO_LOCATION.

It all started as a hobby — fixing broken stuff, printing spare parts that weren’t available anywhere, making custom gifts for friends. When requests started coming in from beyond our circle, we opened the @homelab3d Instagram page, and then this website.

What we try to do well

  • Clear communication: we tell you upfront if your file has issues, if you need a different material, or if what you want isn’t realistic in 3D printing.
  • Right material for each project: we don’t print everything in PLA “because it’s easy”. If you need strength, heat resistance, flexibility → the right material is used.
  • Reliable delivery: proper packaging, tracked shipping, and if something goes wrong during printing we redo it on our own dime.

What we don’t do

  • Prints of weapons or weapon parts (even cosmetic).
  • Third-party copyrighted files without permission (Disney, registered brands, etc.).
  • Unrealistic timing promises: before confirming we’ll give you honest delivery times.

Tools

TODO: list our printers, CAD software, common materials — it’s SEO-rich content and builds trust with technical clients.

Got an idea? Let's print it.
